Adam did an amazing job of our renovation. Which included two bathrooms fully gutted and renovated . Also the exterior of our house painted. The tradesmen that Adam co ordinated to work on our home were all friendly, and meticulous . We now have a stunning looking home that we are thoroughly enjoying. Special mention of Dylan - who was the builder working on our home. He was awesome! Thanks Adam, Gary, Dylan and the rest of the team.

We built our first house with New Image Homes in 2021. New Image Homes is very accommodating with changes and meeting budgets. They're a small business and the owner is very active with organising meetings and emails. We were unfortunate to have the covid lockdown affecting the build but we still managed to get in on time. We actually flooded the far end of the house (our issue) and New Image Homes were very helpful and we got through it without any major damage. The interior finish is very good. Most of the issues are picked up by the project manager without having to go on walk through. It's best to go check out the place yourself and check over things just to make sure expectations are clear. Adam and the team are accommodating and are very knowledgeable. We were unfortunate to have issues with some of the interior appliances. New Image Homes helped to rectify the issues and there was a bit of running around with the electricians which made things a bit difficult. This was after a covid lockdown so there was a lot of pressure. Unfortunately the brick laying has been the main issue that has dragged on for months. New Image Homes do take concerns and feedback seriously and are rectifying the issues we have.

Adam is great builder. He is very helpful, friendly, responsive. Recommended 👍
