Let New Image Homes guide you through the house renovations and extensions process

At New Image Homes, we pride ourselves on a transparent consultation and building process which involves four steps:
1
QUESTIONNAIRE

When you first contact us, you will be given a questionnaire to complete, covering questions such as whether you have plans or if you are at the beginning of the design phase.
2
INFORMATION PACK

You’ll be sent an information pack, which includes all the information you need to get the process underway and paves the way for our first meeting.
3
FACE TO FACE MEETING

Our first face-to-face meeting allows our sales manager to get the parameters of the project and the specifics of what you want, such as fixtures and fittings. If you need plans, we can arrange for our architect or draftsperson to do them.
4
COMPREHENSIVE QUOTE

Three weeks after our initial meeting, you’ll receive a comprehensive quote. If you accept our quote, your work will be scheduled with clear timelines. If your project requires building consent, New Image Homes will submit your plans to council.
Our exclusive project management system, which is accessible via an app, allows you to login at any time to view the details of your project, including the timeline, photos of the building progress and the spend to date. And, unlike, some other building companies, New Image Homes offers a flexible service. If you change your mind during the process, we have systems in place to accommodate this, and you won’t be charged penalty fees.

Our relationship with you is key to that success, and we will go out of our way to ensure you are happy. As part of our customer care, the site is tidied and made safe at the end of each day so you can continue to live at the property while the work is being done.

You also benefit from the peace of mind of two guarantees. We guarantee work as Certified Builders and we also offer our own seven-point guarantee that includes a 12-month maintenance period in case you spot any issues once the work is complete.
