COMMUNICATION

We guarantee to communicate with you on a regular basis. One of the biggest “let-downs” for clients is a lack of communication. We will have regular meetings with you and weekly phone calls to ensure you are happy with the process and to give you the opportunity to discuss any concerns you may have. Our door is always open.

While we are on site, our staff will be in tidy uniforms, ensure that the site is safe at all times, have all mess cleaned away at the end of the day, and make sure all tools are safely put away.

12 MONTH MAINTENANCE PERIOD

Upon completion of your project we will provide a 12-month maintenance period to give you the opportunity to check that everything is right with your build. Any issues will be dealt with immediately.
