"Some time has elapsed since we moved into our new home. We passed the first anniversary of when the build began and marvelled again that it has all happened! It seems as if we have often been away and there are still so many things we want to do, but we are always very grateful to come home to our new place. And as time goes by and we listen to others experiences, we are more and more thankful for all you did in making this such a great house for us to live in. And so, at long last we are sending you our written thanks.
Adam, you came recommended as someone who was a good communicator and that was absolutely true. You visited and you listened to what our hopes were for a house suitable for our older age needs. You offered suggestions from your expertise which we were grateful to incorporate. We appreciated the time taken with backwards and forwards discussion and redrawn plans as we refined the house plans taking into account the limitations of our section and all suggestions from our extended family to make this house the best fit for us. Adam, you grasped what we were trying to achieve and had your team, headed by Jonathan, on board to carry it out.
When it came to the actual build it was all laid out on BuilderTrend and it was great to follow progress as well as know what was coming up next. Fantastic, it ran like clockwork with everything done on time (except for the expected short delay for GIB plasterboard). All office communication was very pleasant, timely and to point which just added to the total care we felt taken throughout the building process. We valued the close ongoing communication primarily with Jonathan throughout the time of the build which ensured that things were all tended to as needed all along the way. The walk throughs for electrical fitout and special requirements like our lovely lights and built-in bookshelves, were constructive and pleasant and no request was too difficult. The final accolade came from the building inspector on his last visit when he told me that this was the first domestic build he had been to in quite a while which passed all inspections on his first visit. We are so pleased with our new house and give you the highest recommendation for the joy you have given us with this New Image build.
Oh, and the gift baskets were a totally unexpected, delightful, extra surprise. Thanks to you we have enjoyed sharing the yummy food and using the useful tools. For example, the tape measure is THE tape measure to use in the house as we continue to do such things as hang pictures or add another shelf or cupboard fitting. Using these things brings us pleasant memories of our encounter with you and your team.
